| My name is Kathrine Ruth
Haworth, I am in my mid-fifties and I moved to South Woodham
from Dagenham in 2000 when my husband, Paul, became
the Vicar at Holy Trinity church. We have been married
for thirty-something years and have two grown up sons. The above
photos were taken when Paul and I took a
short break in Germany, including a few hours spent in Backnang, one of Chelmsford's twin towns. I have previously worked as a Primary School Secretary and a Special Needs Assistant. I also have experience of assisting in a number of schools as a volunteer. I am not a member of a political party and have not served on a Town Council before. However, I have previously been an active member of a variety of committees such as WI, Village Hall, PTA, Town Twinning. I am currently an ordinary member of both Millwood and South Woodham WIs. I represent the Council on two outside bodies, the Village
Hall Playing Field Committee and William de Ferrers
Users' Committee, and am currently a member of the Planning & Development
Committee. I am glad to have this opportunity to
work for the town in general and Elmwood Ward in
particular.
